“We spent most of the race working on getting the balance on the car to where Matt was comfortable. The car handled a little too much on the free side, but we were able to get it driving better by the end of the race. We tried to gamble late in the race by waiting as long as we could to pit under green, but unfortunately a yellow didn’t come out and we had to pit, ending up finishing about where we ran for most of the day. We still have work to do to get our team where it needs to be, and we’ll move on to Talladega next week and work towards a better result.”
